With the menopause awareness sessions you can join a planned experience or build your own experience, either on your own or with a group of friends or colleagues.
There are many options available, but an example of a session is for five people and lasts 4 hours with lunch and a yoga ‘goody bag’ This includes:
Journaling
1 hour yoga
30 minutes lunch and as many herbal teas as you would like
